Blackberry Flash Browser

Web browsing is one of the capabilities of BlackBerry smartphones. However, surfing the web on the mobile web browsers are impaired by the lack of Flash support. As a result, many consumers have been clamoring for the arrival of a BlackBerry Flash browser.

Fortunately, recent news suggest that consumers may not need to wait for long to get the BlackBerry Flash browser. A recent article at Boy Genius Report indicates that RIM is working hard to provide flash support on their handsets.

Apparently, the company wants to keep up with the competition by improving the browser on BlackBerry handsets. Competition from other sompanies like Apple, HTC and Palm have pushed RIM to seek out full Flash and Silverlight support for the browsers on the smartphones.

The reports say that the BlackBerry Flash browser is getting full support. Not the Flash Lite browser found in many smartphones. If this report is indeed true then users should expect improved web browsing in the future.

Unfortunately, there's also a downside to this story. Bringing Flash support to the BlackBerry web broswer may take some time. RIM has a reputation of taking it's time with major projects. This innovation is expected to arrive next summer or right before it . Apparently, the company needs to beef up their devices and provided access to higher data speeds to make Flash support work effectively.

This means that BlackBerry users should exercise patience. It may take some time but having Flash on a mobile web browser is well worth the wait.

That's it for this post on the for this post on the upcoming BlackBerry Flash browser. Tune in to this blog to get more news, updates and infortion on Everything Wireless.
