Extended Battery LG enV3

The LG enV3 is one of the most popular VerizonWireless phones. It's the third phone in this highly successful family of handsets. The LG enV3 reviews also show that it performs well under the scrutiny of experts and users alike.

This phone is prized by users mainly because of it's text messaging capabilities. However, heavy use and texting can deplete this phone's batteries. It only comes with a 950 mAh battery which some users feel is inadequate to handle their demands.

Other features can also drain the battery quickly such as using Bluetooth, web browsing, recording videos, and using GPS.

An extended battery LG enV3 can have as much as 1700mAH capacity which is nearly double that the handset's original power source. This also translates to having nearly twice as much power.

Sony Ericsson 12 MP Phone

The recent models of camera phones have become more powerful due to the demands of consumers to have more megapixels in their shooters. Well, many phone manufacturers have granted this request and high-end camera phones have been launched this year. Sony Ericsson is no exception.

Earlier this year, the first Sony Ericsson 12 MP phone was introduced. Known early on as the Idou, it was the toast of the in Barcelona, Spain, at the Mobile World Congress. Back then, the device was shrouded in mystery and hidden behind a glass case. Fans can look but they can't touch.

After a few months, the company decided to re-announce the Idou as the Sony Ericsson Satio. The specs and other details of the device were also revealed on that fateful day.

As expected the Sony Ericsson 12 MP phone, will come with bundles of features and capabilities. However, I think the camera should be discussed first. After all, it's the phone's primary attraction and most outstanding feature.

This world-class handset will carry a monstrous 12.1 megapixel camera with auto-focus, xenon flash, 12x digital zoom, and face and smile detection.

Of course that's not all. No high-end phone would not be complete with an impressive display. This phone sports a 3.5-inch, 640 x 360 16:9 touchscreen display that will satisfy any users. It also comes with an on-screen QWERTY keyboard for easy text entry.

One can expect a phone of this caliber to offer a ton of features and it does. Too may in fact, and will only take too much space in this post. So let me mention just a few of the major features. Let's see. It will have Symbian S60, WiFi, a-GPS, world roaming, stereo Bluetototh, web browser, and an FM radio.

This exciting handset is expected to be released in the fourth quarter of this year.

BlackBerry Tour Processor Speed

The arrival of the BlackBerry Tour on the smartphone market has created quite a buzz. Consumers were anxious to know all the details about this exciting handset months even before it was released.

Well, the device certainly did not disappoint BlackBerry fans when it landed. The smartphone offered a pleasing design combined with great features. However, a lot of users were still curious to know about the BlackBerry Tour processor speed.

But why are people interested in the BlackBerry Tour processor speed? Well, I think they want to compare it with other smartphones in the market. RIM has a good line up of BlackBerry handset so knowing the processor speed on the phone would be a crucial information when making a comparison.

The BlackBerry Tour processor speed is listed at 528 MHz. Is this the highest speed among RIM's handsets? Well, No. The processor on the BlackBerry Bold is faster at 624-Mhz.

However, when one combines the Tour's 528-MHz next-generation processor with the OS v4.7 build, the result will be one of the smoothest running BlackBerrys on the block. Some experts have described the combination as speed with minimal process lag-time.

All in all, it shows that the Tour is a world class device. At $199.99 with a new, two-year Verizon/Sprint contract, this device is ready to take on any of the top phones in the market.

That's it for this post on the Tour and it's solid processor. Tune in to this blog to get the latest news and info on everything wireless.

Blackberry Flash Browser

Web browsing is one of the capabilities of BlackBerry smartphones. However, surfing the web on the mobile web browsers are impaired by the lack of Flash support. As a result, many consumers have been clamoring for the arrival of a BlackBerry Flash browser.

Fortunately, recent news suggest that consumers may not need to wait for long to get the BlackBerry Flash browser. A recent article at Boy Genius Report indicates that RIM is working hard to provide flash support on their handsets.

Apparently, the company wants to keep up with the competition by improving the browser on BlackBerry handsets. Competition from other sompanies like Apple, HTC and Palm have pushed RIM to seek out full Flash and Silverlight support for the browsers on the smartphones.

The reports say that the BlackBerry Flash browser is getting full support. Not the Flash Lite browser found in many smartphones. If this report is indeed true then users should expect improved web browsing in the future.

Unfortunately, there's also a downside to this story. Bringing Flash support to the BlackBerry web broswer may take some time. RIM has a reputation of taking it's time with major projects. This innovation is expected to arrive next summer or right before it . Apparently, the company needs to beef up their devices and provided access to higher data speeds to make Flash support work effectively.

This means that BlackBerry users should exercise patience. It may take some time but having Flash on a mobile web browser is well worth the wait.

That's it for this post on the for this post on the upcoming BlackBerry Flash browser. Tune in to this blog to get more news, updates and infortion on Everything Wireless.

Verizon BlackBerry Phone with WiFi

Verizon Wireless has an annoying policy towards Wi-Fi on its smartphones. The carrier has long-held resistance to the extra wireless option on the smartphones on its line-up. This has created a demand for a Verizon BlackBerry phone with WiFi.

Fortunately, the carrier has decided to make a drastic change in its view towards WiFi on its BlackBerry smartphones. Reports indicate that Wi-Fi will be available on all Verizon BlackBerry handsets launched after the BlackBerry Tour. Yes, that's right. We will finally see a Verizon BlackBerry phone with WiFi.

if rumors are to be believed, then the first Wi-Fi enabled BlackBerry for Verizon Wireless has already surfaced. Reports indicate that the BlackBerry 8530 will be the first RIM smartphone on the Verizon Wireless lineup to carry WiFi.

Sprint BlackBerry Tour Review

The BlackBerry Tour just became available from Sprint yesterday and subscribers are dying to get this phone. However, this year's crop of mobile phones is excellent and there are plenty of quality mobile phone in the market. For instance, there is the Palm Pre which is also on Sprint or the iPhone 3GS form AT&T.

Consumers usually rely on reviews to help them to decide on purchasing a device. However, reviews are usually scarce on newly released devices. Fortunately, the Sprint BlackBerry Tour is no ordinary device. One can fins several websites that offer a Sprint BlackBerry Tour review well before the device even reached the market.

Let's look at the reviews dedicated to the Sprint BlackBerry Tour. Looking at the opinion of experts might help consumers make the decision to purchase this phone.

The folks at Cnet describe this device as having "winning design and fast performance" and call it as one of the "top smartphones for both business users and messaging fanatics." Well, those are pretty impressive accolades for this device.

However, it was also noted that the device lacks WiFi and the web browser did not meet expectations.

The folks at CrackBerry also published a Sprint BlackBerry Tour review. They described it as "Seems pretty darn good! Voice quality is excellent, speakers loud and clear, the camera and video player seem to work well" They conclude that consumers should watch for this device at launch.

The Samsung Exclaim Messaging Phone

A cool new messaging phone for Sprint was announced earlier this month. The Samsung Exclaim is a text message-centric phone that sports a dual slider design. This new Sprint phone is currently available for $79.99 with a new two-year service agreement.

Let's take a closer look at the Samsung Exclaim messaging phone and see if it's worth the purchase. Now this phone was released just a few weeks ago but some early Samsung Exclaim reviews have already been published. However, it would be better to look at the basic details of the phone before we get into the reviews.

One of the most interesting feature of this new Sprint phone lies in it's design. This messaging handset sports a dual slider design which means its slides in multiple ways. This also means that it sports both a number keypad which slides down and the QWERTY keyboard that slides to the left.

This feature is very useful because it provides a dedicated keypad for text entry and another one for dialing numbers.

The Samsung Exclaim messaging phone falls into the mid-range category. This implies a cheap price but only a limited number of high-end features. This phone does not offer a feature set comparable to a BlackBerry or other smartphones. However, this Sprint mobile phone offers a feature set that will satisfy the needs of the average user.

The new Samsung Exclaim messaging phone carries a 2.6 inch QVGA display and a 2.0-megapixel camera. other key features include 3G support, Bluetooth, GPS, , and a microSD card slot that can hold up to 32GB cards.

This cool cell phone also offers several social-networking features, like interactive Facebook, Twitter, and MySpace. This makes it popular with teens and young users who are addicted to social networks.

Now on to the reviews. Well, experts and users love the Exclaim's design as well as its good feature set and excellent call quality. The negative feed back was minimal. Some say that the nonstandard headset jack and weak external speaker were disappointing. Nonetheless, the positive attributes overshadow all the negative observations.

AT&T LG Zenon

The market has recently seen an influx of text messaging phones. Mobile phone manufacturers have seen the advantage of including a full QWERTY keyboard on feature phones. Text messaging has become increasingly popular which made dumb phones with full QWERTY keyboard marketable. Needless to say, composing a text message with a QWERTY keypad is a lot faster as compared to doing it with a normal numeric keypad.

AT&T has recently released a new messaging phone. The LG Zenon unlike other messaging phones offer a high-end design cool touch-screen interface. This phone is official called the Xenon but many people still know it as the LG Zenon. But enough about names. Let's explore the details and information of the AT&T LG Zenon.

The new AT&T LG Zenon is an ideal device for text messaging fanatics. Now, I'm not saying that it's perfect but it answers most of the needs of text messaging users.

However, there's a lot more to the AT&T LG Zenon than it's messaging and email capabilities. This sleek mobile phone also offers a cool 2.8 inch touch-sensitive display that attracts young users. This touch-sensitive display is not on par with high-end touchscreen phones but it still gets the job done.

The AT&T LG Zenon also offers a sleek design with a slide out QWERTY keyboard. This keypad is roomy and tactile which makes it ideal for text messaging. This handset also provides a solid set of features. This solid texting phone offers 3G speeds, quad-band support, a 2-megapixel camera and GPS.

However, there are also a few downsides and weakness that can be noted in this phone. For instance, the AT&T LG Zenon does not support POP or IMAP e-mail which are used by a lot of users.

Some LG Zenon reviews have also commented that this phone's touch-sensitive dis lay has a a slight learning curve. This means that it may take a while before a user becomes comfortable with using the Zexon's screen.

There were also some bad observations when it comes to the phone's web browser. Apparently, the web experience when using this phone is not as smooth as it should be. perhaps the OS can't handle heavy web related activities.

Overall, the AT&T LG Zenon is an excellent choice for text messaging users. It has great messaging capabilities, a cool touchscreen display and a nice set of features.

That's it for this post on the AT&T LG Zenon. Tune in to this blog for more mobile phone news and reviews.

As cell phones morph into small handheld computers, the mobile web browser has become an area of immense importance.  One company that has embraced this challenge is Opera.  They have been pioneers in creating mobile browsers that have significantly improved the browsing experience on cell phones.  For example, the Opera Mini browser has been a big success.  Any serious mobile enthusiast has most likely downloaded the application (for free) on to their mobile phone.  While Blackberry has made efforts to improve their browser, it still remains second fiddle to the Opera Mini.  It is important to note, however, that Windows Mobile will be launching a new mobile browser that brings significant andvances, such as Flash.  This is no small achievement considering both the Android and iPhone browser are still sans Flash support.

At CTIA 2009 in Las Vegas, Opera was eager to show off its latest mobile browser efforts by highlighting their “Turbo” technology, which employs compression via Opera servers to speed page downloads on slow mobile networks.  The Turbo technology can be used in conjunction with mobile browsers or regular browers where there is limitted access to bandwidth.  It is pretty impressive.  Check out the demonstration at CTIA!

Sony Ericsson C905 User Review

I've just found out that Sony Ericsson is planning to bring the C905 Cyber shot phone to the US. Sony Ericsson's head of marketing for North America revealed that the C905 Cybershot camera phone be sold at between $199 and $249 during the second quarter. This price seems a bit steep but it is a high-end camera phone. Will this device sell in the us? Lets look at some Sony Ericsson C905 user review to see if this handset has impressed users.

Since this device is not yet offered in the US market, we'll look at Sony Ericsson C905 user review from Europe. The Sony Ericsson C905 user review focused largely on the handset's camera. That's to be expected since the device is being billed as a high-end camera phone.

Before we proceed with what the Sony Ericsson C905 user review say about this mobile phone, let's take a short preview of the camera. The Sony Ericsson C905 is equipped with a monstrous 8.1 megapixel camera with a variety of imaging features. Most Sony Ericsson C905 user review were impressed with the autofocus, Xenon flash, 3-LED videolight, focus assist lamp, self portrait mirror, image stabilizer, face detection and smile Shutter on the device's camera.

The Sony Ericsson C905 user review were generally impressed with the quality of images produced by the powerful camera. It doesn't take an expert to get great photos from this camera phone.

Some of the Sony Ericsson C905 user review also point out that the device offers a nice change in terms of the design. Most Cybershots offer a bar style design but the Sony Ericsson C905 camera phone comes in a slider form factor. It also comes in great color such as black and a luxurious silver metal finish.

Of course, this device isn't limited to its camera. Most Sony Ericsson C905 user review were also impressed that the device offered high-end phone features as well. This handset offers GPS, WiFI and HSDPA connectivity. These features allow users to easily post the images taken with the phone on the web.

The performance of the device was judged as above average according to most Sony Ericsson C905 user review. The calling, messaging, as well as the Stereo Bluetooth performed adequately. Take these into account with its camera and it would appear that the Sony Ericsson C905 is worth every penny.

However, there were also some weakness that were detailed by many Sony Ericsson C905 user review. For instance, the memory on the device is only 160MB. this is certainly not enough to hold the images and music files on the device. Fortunately th memory can be upgraded up to 8GB via a Memory Stick Micro slot.

The device was also deemed as too large by some Sony Ericsson C905 user review. However, with the 8 megapixel camera on its back, the device has to be bigger than the average handset.

That's it for this Sony Ericsson C905 user review. Stand by for more mobile phone reviews and updates.

Reviews of the T-Mobile G1 Phone

It appears that the price of the T-Mobile G1 is dropping. For instance, Amazon is offering the high-performance Android Smartphone for only $97.99 with a 2-year T-Mobile contract. What is causing this significant price drop?Is it because the G2 is about o be launched? Or is is because users are shying away from the device due to poor reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone?

Since we can't readily confirm if the coming of the G2 is causing the discounts, we'll look at the reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone to see if there are any major factors that causing customers to avoid the device. Since the first Android device was billed as an iPhone alternative, most reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone compared it to Apple's handset.

It's possible that reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone that provide a comparison with the iPhone caused many users to be disappointed. After all, many people also want to see a device that can rival Apple's touchscreen handset. Let's look at the weaknesses of the Google phone that were reported by some reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone.

Some reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone pointed out that the design of the handset is bulky. This obviously compares the device's profile with the slim body of the iPhone. However, the bulkiness that was pointed out by many reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone is due to its slide out QWERTY keyboard, a very useful feature for email and messaging.

Poor battery life was also one of the weaknesses identified by many reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone. Most Smartphones suffer from poor battery life since these full feature devices often have capabilities that consume a lot of power like 3G or Bluetooth.

Those who authored reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone also mention several minor complains such as the lack of a headphone jack. However, reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone also reported major flaws such as the lack stereo Bluetooth and Microsoft Exchange support.

Other reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone also revel the presence of some annoying design quirks. For instance, the design make the smartphone uncomfortable to hold and difficult to use. Other performance short comings were also highlighted by a few reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone.

However, the main selling point of the the G1 is the Android OS. Generally, reviews of the T-Mobile G1 phone pointed out the potential of the platform and its promising future. The G1 may have several flaws but its still a device that can make Smartphones more personal and powerful.

HTC Touch Diamond Review

I recently read that the HTC Touch Diamond is coming to Verizon. The first thing that came to my mind was why now? We're in 2009. HTC has even launched the Touch Diamond2 which will be released this year. Why would Verizon want to sell the HTC Touch Diamond when the update is already coming? Well, I think this indicates that Verizon customers want a piece of the original Touch Diamond. So I thought it would be fitting to do my version of an HTC Touch Diamond review.

For this HTC Touch Diamond review, we'll go over the specs and the features of the Smartphone. Well also highlight the strengths and weaknesses of this handset on this Everything Wireless HTC Touch Diamond review.

Let's begin this HTC Touch Diamond review with a little introduction. the HTC Touch Diamond is the company's flagship phone for 2008. This device was expected to go head-to-head with the iPhone. However, it was unable to topple Apple's device. But this doesn't mean that the Touch Diamond is a failure. As you will read from this HTC Touch Diamond review, the device is pretty solid.

Let's go on with this HTC Touch Diamond review by recounting the impressive features provided by the device. The HTC Touch Diamond sports a 2.8-inch, 680x480 pixel resolution touchscreen with the TouchFLO 3D interface, This device also offers a a 3.2-megapixel camera with up to 4x zoom and video recording capabilities. These features shout that the HTC Touch Diamond is a high-end device. But that's not all. Let's proceed with the HTC Touch Diamond review.

Aside form the camera and touch sensitive display, the HTC Touch Diamond also offers 3G, Wi-Fi, GPS, and 4 GB of on-board storage. This HTC Touch Diamond review, also notes that the device sports a sexy and appealing design and a sleek body.

Now let's move on to thew strengths and weakness of the device on this HTC Touch Diamond review.

Strengths: This HTC Touch Diamond review indicates that the Smartphone has a stunning design and a very impressive set of features. The HTC Touch Diamond also provides a good camera and a good user interface. If you want a sexy phone with a lot of features then the HTC Touch Diamond is a good candidate.

Weaknesses: This HTC Touch Diamond review indicates that the device did not perform extremely well during trials and tests. The phone's performance has been described as sluggish and call quality wasn't up to expectations. Some users are also disappointed that the device does not have an expansion slot. We also noticed that the accelerometer doesn't work on text.

That's if for this HTC Touch Diamond review. I didn't want to make this HTC Touch Diamond review too comprehensive and boring. I wanted this review to provide a brief but solid insight into the device. Tune in to this blog to get more reviews and news on various cell phone topics.

The AT&T Quickfire is a messaging phone that was expected to rival the popular T-Mobile Sidekicks. Other features for the AT&T Quickfire texting phone include a basic camera, Bluetooth 2.0, 3G HSDPA data, GPS, music player and radio. Now let's proceed with the AT&T Quickfire phone reviews
