Here's some new toys for Smartphone fanatics. HP devices are not as well known as other Smartphone manufacturers like HTC, BlackBerry or Palm but they also deliver powerful and effective devices designed for business. Let's look at two new devices that will be added to HP's mobile phone line up. HP's iPaq devices have their own share of fans because of the multimedia capabilities and business features that they provide.

These new HP Windows Mobile devices are specially made for business users and offer a host of business software. They both have tri-band HSPA 900/1900/2100MHz and quad-band GSM/EDGE radios that provide global roaming capability and high speed data connection. Let's take a closer look at these iPaq devices.

This HP smartphone offers a compact body that packs a host of personal and business features. The iPaq Voice Messengeroffers enhanced calling experience with the help of voice features and 3G technology. This Windows Mobile smartphone sports a 2.4 inch display with 64K colours and LED backlight.

The iPaq Voice Messenger also offers a 20-key keypad that would allow users to dial quickly when making a call. This keypad is also useful for messaging n and emails especially when combined with easily with intelligent predictive text. The BlackBerry Storm Touchscreen has been Unleashed

After recently releasing its first clamshell Smartphone, RIM has released another impressive handset with the launch of the BlackBerry Storm Touchscreen Smartphone. Let's take a short look at the details of this amazing device.


According to the official BlackBerry Storm Press release, the touchscreen smartphone will land in Verizon Wireless this fall. The RIM Storm will also be launched in Europe, India, Australia and New Zealand mobile phone markets.

The BlackBerry Storm is a device that is not just suitable for business users but for other classes of customers as well. This device will offer a combination of touchscreen technology and the powerful Smartphone features found in RIM's devices. It also offers a slim design with contoured corners that will attract many customers. It also has stainless steel back and chrome accents surrounding its large glass lens giving it an elegant and high-end look.


Now RIM's devices have been known for the QWERTY or SureType keyboards that helps customers to speedily enter data into the device. Well, the Storm will have a full QWERTY software keyboard when used in landscape mode. It will also have a SureType keyboard when the user holds it in the portrait orientation.

The Storm also offers enables easy and precise typing but with a touchscreen flavor. The BlackBerry Storm's touch-screen has been touted as offering the same response as a physical keyboard. I'll guess well have to wait for the reviews to confirm this claim.

One of the highlights of the Verizon bound Storm is it's 3.2 megapixel camera. It will have flash, zoom and auto-focus. The BlackBerry Bold's camera will also have the ability to record video for MMS and at half-VGA resolutions.
